Security Equipment for Business Owners

As part of our ongoing commitment to fostering a safe, welcoming, and resilient business district, we’re reaching out to see whether you are considering adding or upgrading security features such as cameras, lighting, or other equipment.

In addition to offering guidance and connecting you with reputable suppliers, we are also able to provide financial support toward eligible improvements. We can further assist you in exploring available grants and funding programs that may help offset project costs.

Graffiti Removal

Has your store been vandalized with graffiti, or do you have a graffiti prevention project in mind? Depending on the scope of the project, the Kanata Central BIA may be able to provide partial or full funding for the project or any necessary repairs.

Community Rest Areas

Do you need benches or a bike rack for your storefront during summer? We can prepare them for you, deliver them, and pick them up at the end of the season. You simply need to take care of them during that time and obtain approval from your landlord.

KC Rewards Program

The Kanata Central BIA has partnered with DriftScape to bring rewards to your loyal customers!

Now, for every purchase a customer makes at your business, they can start collecting points and redeem them for a $25 or $50 gift card of their choice from any participating business.

Networking Opportunities

Looking to connect with fellow business owners and grow your local network? KCBIA hosts casual Meet & Greets twice a month, along with seasonal business socials designed to create opportunities for meaningful conversations, collaboration, and community connections. Keep an eye out on the event page and the KCBIA social media channels for future networking opportunities.
